Paul Gervasi - Director and Officer in Effective Control

Paul entered the Real Estate Industry in 1981 working with the Residential Property Management Division of LR Reed. Paul is now the Officer in Effective Control and a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Apart from a short stint away to gain further experience and to hone his Commercial Property Management skills, he has been with the company for over 25 years.

He has a wide breadth of experience in Property Management and Sales, both residential and commercial, and is a twenty year member of the REIV. He has an absolute commitment to offering the most professional and hands on service to all his clients.

Mario Passaro - Director

Mario has been with the company for 30 years and as a Licensed Builder has an intimate knowledge of the industry. His expertise and great eye for detail means he can often suggest cost effective improvements in properties for both sale and rental. Mario is widely experienced in Project Management, Commercial and Residential Sales and Property Management.
